Dr. Pratibha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law with a Ph.D. in Law and a strong academic background . She has several years of experience in teaching, research, student mentoring, and curriculum development at reputed universities.Her teaching areas include Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Family Law, Labour Law, Human Rights, Company Law, and Women鈥檚 Rights. She is dedicated to creating an engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking, legal reasoning, and practical understanding of law among students. As an active researcher, Dr. Pratibha has published research papers and book chapters in national and international journals and has presented scholarly papers at various conferences and seminars. Her research interests include gender justice, constitutional governance, cyber law, privacy and data protection, human rights, and women鈥檚 empowerment. She actively contributes to academic administration, curriculum enrichment, faculty development initiatives, and student guidance. Through her teaching and research, she aims to foster legal awareness, ethical values, social responsibility, and academic excellence among future legal professionals.
