Dr. Sunkari Mahesh

Associate Professor, Dept. of CSE

Dr. Sunkari Mahesh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Aurora Deemed University Hyderabad. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

With over 18 years of teaching and academic experience, Dr. Mahesh has demonstrated expertise in the areas of Big Data Analytics, Heterogeneous Hadoop Clusters, Distributed Computing, and Machine Learning. He has published multiple research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and contributed a book chapter titled 鈥淎dvanced Alzheimer鈥檚 Disease Detection with Big Data and Machine Learning鈥� in the edited volume Deep Generative Models for Integrative Analysis of Alzheimer鈥檚 Biomarkers (2024).

Dr. Mahesh is a qualified UGC-NET (2012) and GATE (2005) candidate. His contributions to faculty development and curriculum enrichment include active participation in national and international conferences, FDPs, and technical workshops. He has delivered instruction in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Compiler Design, Formal Languages and Automata Theory, Cryptography and Network Security, Design and Analysis of Algorithmsand Mobile Application Development.
